In the book Security, Ethics & Electronic Commerce Systems – ECOM20002 compiled from Principles and Practice of Information Security by Volonino and Robinson, chapter 3, the common sources of risks are user ignorance, lack of enforceable policy, social engineering, excessive sharing, and revealing candor. How does the software company is not included as a source of risk for having a bad security design? Don’t they liable for the causes of security breaches?

Email Problem.

I’ve been experiencing problems with my computer and email at domain davidsudjiman.info. Currently, although not 100% recovered, I managed to get my emails and contact list.

For those who were sending me email(s) to davidsudjiman (at) davidsudjiman (dot) info dated from 31 May 2005 until today, please kindly re-send the email if you think it was necessarily.

ISP has been contacted and problems are fixed.

I renew my GPG key and it is available on http://www.davidsudjiman.info/davidsudjiman.gpg. For public server, It has been populated to several pgp.net servers.

Install Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 as Firefox plugin

I installed Adobe Reader 7.0 for Linux about a month ago while I needed to open a pdf document that required document authentication from its origin server. The document was successfully opened, but my Firefox browser could not open any pdf document anymore. Firefox was able to open pdf document using previous Adobe Reader version, but not Adobe Reader 7.0 for Linux. Mozilla website confirms this problem. However, I finally manage to get my Adobe Reader 7.0 for Linux works with Firefox and here is what I did.

Batman Begins (BB) is a trace-back movie. It tells about the first time of Bruce Wayne became a saviour of city of Gotham and called his other himself as Batman. This was actually happened accidentally while he searched for an answer about what his old-time-friend Rachel justify his thought about justice.
