News.com: Top 100 Blogs

by David Sudjiman ~ October 12th, 2005. Filed under: News.

News.com just recently posted an article to sort out what are the top 100 blogs. These 100 blogs listed on the report were mainly based on computer technology discussion yet News.com put 10 different classifications for each blog.

I can’t find the exact date when this report posted on news.com, but surely I can see that the comments were posted 11 October 2005. The top 100 blogs are merely based on News.com research for several weeks of discussion from readers recommendation and of the editors of News.com itself.

Another question is how to define a blog? According to News.com it is not possible to define whether a website should be defined as a blog or not a blog. I can understand this point of view why do they include Ars Technica but not Tom’s Hardware. It is just a matter of preferences!
