VMware Fusion
I thought I can get rid of Windows domination after I bought my MacBook Pro. Apparently not. I need to use a Citrix client to connect to my office network and this Citrix session is encrypted and Citrix still has not figure out how to create a Citrix client on MAC that is capable using encrypted session. Duh!
New Look!
Welcome to a new look of my website. Black! is the main color with bits of green to make it less boring. I took this template from Hemingway, thanks for the good work!.
Do some tweaks here and there and making my own “Buttons BottomBar” to put my Blog Buttons.
Currently I’m still using SiteMeter for web statistics but I’ve created an account on Google Analytics and it takes about 24 hours to gather my data.
I’ve updated the wordpress engine to the latest version as well.
Enjoy!
Appreciation to Programmers
Talking about Software Metric on S/W development, several methods are available in the real world project. Using these metrics, We can say that particular project requires more attention or requires more men-hours. Then suddenly I was thinking about resource management in S/W house. Just say that one programmer in S/W house is working with a team to create a project. In this case, we can say that this programmer has 1 load. This is the easiest part where the programmer can allocate the resource 100% to such project. On the next week, where he/she hasn’t finish the project, another request comes and asking whether he/she can help with another project, and the load is now 2 projects with 50% and 50% resource allocation (we can also say 30% and 70% resource allocation, depends on the project. Read the Project Load-Based Limitation below). So, using this linear approach each programmer has this load

Following the WWDC 2007, Apple releases Safari 1.3 3 Beta for Windows XP and Vista. Twice faster than IE!
However, I just tried it on my office Windows XP and when I use it behind proxy. It crashed!
