Me: Ok then, can you check your switch Cisco …
Client: Yeah, I know that
Me: (Waiting on the phone)…
Client: Yes?…
Me: Can you reboot the switch…
Client: Yes, I’m rebooting it… (mumbling… CTRL + ALT + DEL )
Me: Hey stop… That’s not a switch!
