Passed JNCIA-ER (JNO-341) exam

by David Sudjiman ~ September 20th, 2007. Filed under: Catharsis.

Just passed JNCIA-ER (JNO-341) few minutes ago. Juniper is offering a free JNCIA-ER and JNCIS-ER exam. These includes free downloadable material and free exam voucher.

Got nothing to loose, I’ve subscribed the track last month.

For JNCIA-ER, the subject is not that difficult. Just need to understand how to do stuff in Junos, H/W specifications, and a bit of internal forwarding.

For those who want to join JNCIA-ER and JNCIS-ER track, check this link.

This track is separated in two primary goals. The first one is to complete the JNCIA-ER. You will be presented with free reading material and other web-based training then at the end you need to pass the pre-assessment. Several days after you passed the pre-assessment, you will receive an email with your voucher number to use it within 30 days for your exam.

The second one, well haven’t done it so I don’t know much. But it should be similar steps like previous one.

Here some scrab notes I did when I studied JNCIA-ER. Hope it helps!
